Have you ever woken up after the binge drinking and thought, why I do it? I had one of those days, when I woke up Friday totally hangover and not feeling good at all. I am 32 and I drunk myself like 22 guy. Let me tell, I have pretty good life, but one thing led to other and again Thursday came and I was drunk. So I decided to change that and follow through with 2 week sober program.
Sometimes it just takes decision and reason to change your life. I did some stupid things Thursday and found myself very hangover Friday. Basically I just got drunk and did some stupid things. Now I challenge myself for 2 weeks not drink and live healthy.
I had discussion with my family member, that some time ago, we always worked at the night. If I think about my job history, night time is the time when I feel most productive. I know there are people, who are early birds and that’s fine, however I often use night time as my working time.
